The ULTIMETER Solar-Shielded Outdoor Humidity/Temperature Sensor can be mounted in direct sunlight, avoiding high-temperature inaccuracies by shielding the sensors from the rays of the sun. Mounts to antenna mast pole (using u-bolts provided) or to a vertical wall.

The ULTIMETER Humidity Sensor utilizes a precision thick film polymer capacitance device. The sensor is used in a low-frequency oscillator circuit, which changes frequency as the relative humidity of the air changes. The output of the oscillator is fed into the microprocessor. The exceptional long-term stability of the humidity sensor element means years of use without recalibration. Operates over the full humidity range, from 0% to 100% R.H.

The ULTIMETER Temperature Sensor is a precision aged interchangeable thermistor. Temperature range is -55 F to 150 F. Includes 40 ft. cable and mounting hardware. Cable lengths longer than 40 ft. are available by special order. Contact your dealer for details.
