The Virtual Weatherman™
software uses real
human speech - not computer synthesized
phoneme audio as in NOAA broadcasts. Each voice
library contains some 30,000 audio cuts in diferent pitches
and inflections, with multiple ways of speaking about the
same weather condition.
This insures that you'll never hear the same weathercast
twice. Each weathercast can contain current local weather
conditions, custom tag
lines, and even be timed to within one tenth of a second
over a range
of lengths from 10 seconds all the way up to a full 90 seconds
to give you
a professional weathercast indistinguishable from live reads.
